Minor Threat were the Washington D.C. hardcore punk band who helped define a genre and a movement. Formed in 1980 by Ian MacKaye and Jeff Nelson, their fast, aggressive sound and raw, honest lyricism made them one of the most important bands in punk history. Their straight edge philosophy — rejecting alcohol, drugs, and the mainstream — inspired a global subculture. These tees pay tribute to one of the most uncompromising bands to ever pick up a guitar.
