All orders placed through A Cult are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A Cult ships worldwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on destination and courier service coverage.

All shipments originate from the United Kingdom.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at the cart and checkout stage prior to payment.

All prices and shipping costs are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($) where applicable.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

International (Europe & USA)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days

Rest of World (including Asia, Africa, South America, Australia)

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A Cult has no control over these fees and cannot predict their value.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the shipment by the courier or customs authority.

 

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase.

Processing times may increase during peak periods, product launches, or promotional events.

 

6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

If an order is not accepted or collected and is returned to us, additional shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.

 

7. Delays

While A Cult aims to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather or logistical issues

A Cult is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

 

8. Returns & Shipping Costs

All returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are paid in full by the customer, regardless of the reason for return.

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size or selection

    • Fault claims

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as A Cult is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed and is returned to A Cult:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipment

Orders not accepted within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled at our discretion.
